Experience
WEB4U by SFZ4
Co-Founder & CTO (2025 – Actual)As co-founder & CTO, I direct the digital strategy, service design, and client delivery for our web and business solutions agency. I specialize in helping companies streamline operations and accelerate online growth through tailored digital ecosystems, including custom WordPress/WooCommerce builds, Odoo ERP integrations, and scalable automation tools. I lead project planning, manage core deployments, and collaborate on UI/UX and automation solutions, ensuring all client delivery under the SFZ4 umbrella results in human-centered, high-impact business growth.
Bismarck Industries
Co-Owner (2022 – 2025)I co-founded Bismarck Industries in 2022, where I focus on business strategy and technical development. I built and maintain our website, which transformed our sales from one-on-one commissions into a scalable platform. Alongside managing key business decisions & offering data-driven solutions, I’ve helped leading a team (dozens employees across different departments, from technical to marketing including customer service & testing), grow our community to 10,000+ members and facilitated over 5,000 product sales, establishing Bismarck Industries as a leading provider of Roblox assets.
BuiltByBit
Marketing Consultant (February – August 2024)In 2024, as a Marketing Consultant for BuiltByBit, a premier UGC marketplace with over $5M+ in sales, I was instrumental in launching and expanding their Roblox branch into a new creator-driven market. My strategy focused on driving early adoption through data-driven marketing, managing advertising campaigns, and coordinating video sponsorships and creator promotions with key influencers to maximize brand visibility. This role provided hands-on experience in community outreach, partnership building, and amplifying platform traction within the competitive global Roblox ecosystem.
Some Testimonials
@Jay Bismarck Industries
I have worked with Jamaleddine since 2022, he is an honest and hard working individual. He has helped grown our business with innoative ideas, and always offered his best to Bismarck Industries. There has been times where we have not seen eye to eye, or Jamaleddine has been lacking in areas but he is always willing to improve, listen and learn from his mistakes. I would credit Jamaleddine even more with English being his 3rd language, and yet still being able to communicate advanced business ideas. It has been a great partnership between myself and Jamaleddine, that has worked very well, I have enjoyed working with him, I could not recommend him enough.
@Raiyan Destiny Tech
Jamaleddine is an exceptional developer who created my website exactly as i envisioned it. he went above and beyond, making adjustments free of charge whenever i requested changes. hiring him was absolutely worth every penny!
@Patrick Axion Aerospace
Jamaleddine is one of the best website developer I've ever seen. First of all and most importantly, his prices are very reasonable. I've worked with multiple developers before and none of them provide this low of a price with the same quality. Jamaleddine is also very responsive and gets on his tasks immediately. His services are tailored to your business and as a customer, you get a lot of customization and freedom to do what you want. Lastly, Jamaleddine is a great person to work with, multiple times he has given me small changes for free and doesn't complain about stuff he can't do. 100% recommend him and I will always work with him.
@Aris Antlerdev
Vouch Jamaleddine has remade my website a few times over the years and is the only person ive relied on for my business stuff since maybe 2020, highly recommend for website services/development contacts or anything related to either.

The Function-First Approach: Why Speed and Accessibility Trump Visual Flash Every Time.
My philosophy for website design is straightforward: Function before Flash. A site can look incredible, but if it takes three seconds to load, the user is already gone. It’s like having a gorgeous storefront with a locked door.
Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.
Steve Jobs
This is why my UI/UX work focuses heavily on performance metrics and a clean user experience from the start. I treat every element (from the navigation to the form fields) as a functional, measurable component of the user’s journey. By prioritizing speed and clarity, we ensure the user experience is friction-free, which is the ultimate goal of effective digital design. The fastest page is always the prettiest in Google’s eyes.
Beyond Zapier or N8N: Building Custom Automation Bridges Between Disconnected Business Systems.
Off-the-shelf integration tools are great for simple tasks, but they sometimes feel like using a butter knife to perform surgery. My specialty is solving the complex, custom-logic problems that need a tailored solution. Often, a small business’s most valuable data lives in disparate systems: a Google Sheet, a custom legacy app, an old email provider. My approach is to build custom automation bridges using tools like AI with N8N, Webhooks and dedicated API connectors built in PHP or Python.
If you can’t describe what you are doing as a process, you don’t know what you’re doing.
W. Edwards Deming
This bespoke automation saves clients far more money in the long run than any monthly subscription fee, turning those disconnected data silos into a single, cohesive business engine. It’s about building a solid bridge, not just using digital duct tape. Defining the process first is the only way to ensure the bridge doesn’t collapse under pressure.
Leveraging AI for the Tedious 80%: Speeding Up SEO and Content Drafts in the Agency.
I view AI not as a threat, but as a seriously effective, though slightly robotic, colleague. The greatest immediate value of AI in web and digital marketing is its ability to handle the soul-crushing, high-volume, repetitive tasks: the “tedious 80%” of the work.
The machine does the work, the man thinks.
Herman Hollerith
This dramatically accelerates our project timelines and reduces costs for our clients. By delegating data gathering and initial drafts to AI, we are freed up to focus entirely on the strategic architecture of our systems and the critical human communication that requires empathy and nuance. AI is my co-pilot, and its best use is making my human-led strategy smarter and faster. I just don’t let it touch the project budget yet.
The Developer’s Filter: Why Saying ‘No’ Leads to Better Business Solutions.
In my role overseeing project design at WEB4U, I have to be the gatekeeper of scope. Clients often come to us with a brilliant, late-night idea that seems “innovative.” It’s exciting, but my job is to be the voice of reason (and maintenance budgets). My core question is: Will this feature increase complexity or deliver tangible business value?
The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do.
Michael Porter (not MPJ the basketball player)
The most innovative solutions are usually the simplest to maintain. If I decline a request, I always give clear reasons and offer a smart alternative. A good partner who knows what they’re doing(and what’s technically possible) will prioritize longevity and save you from those costly “why did we build that?” moments. Sometimes, the best code is the code you didn’t have to write.
From Template to Tool: Building WooCommerce for Scale, Not Just Aesthetics.
WooCommerce is fantastic, but running a high-volume eCommerce site requires a developer mindset that goes far beyond selecting a nice theme. The biggest performance killer I battle in my agency is plugin-itis: having fifty different plugins doing the job one well-written script could handle. It’s like wearing ten pairs of socks just to keep your feet warm.
Things which are complicated, we are told, are more beautiful. But the most beautiful things are simple.
Ayn Rand
Scaling WooCommerce isn’t just about server speed; it’s about architectural sanity. We often opt to write custom plugins or use highly optimized code to handle unique client logic, reducing that pesky technical debt. The goal is that you don’t have to call me in a panic every time Black Friday hits. If you’re building a business on WooCommerce, you need a developer who treats it as a powerful, customizable tool, not just a beautiful template.
ERP for the SMB: Why Customization is the Last Step, Not the First.
My work helping small businesses centralize their operations with Odoo ERP has taught me one non-negotiable lesson: the foundation must be solid. Too often, clients (and sometimes even consultants) rush straight to customizing dashboards. It’s like buying a Ferrari and immediately trying to add a spoiler before you’ve learned to park it. This is the wrong order! You can’t optimize a workflow you haven’t fully documented and tested with the out-of-the-box functionality.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Leonardo da Vinci
My approach at WEB4U is discipline first. We deploy the core system (sales, inventory, CRM) and make sure everyone knows how the base system works before touching custom code. Why? Because unnecessary customization leads to technical debt that cripples future upgrades. Trust the ERP framework; customization is merely the delicious (caramel yum) icing, not the cake.
